Hi sir.....    The radiograph of your Root canal treated tooth reveals your root canal treatment is not done properly.... *** In one  canal ,the filling material(Gutta percha) is reaching the apex of your tooth which will cause irritation of the periapical area in future *** In another canal , the filling material does not sufficiently reach the full root canal it may also leads to retrograde spread of infection to the root canal which is also problematic.... U may experience pain later ..
Next Steps
If you are symptomatic ,you can go for Re_RCT of that involved tooth

Sorry to say this..it is not treated properly.. 1.one of the filling material(gp)is beyond the tooth which is irritating ur tissues beneath causing pain. 2.lot of empty space is there in the tooth canals which should be compactly packed..
Next Steps
better to go for re-RCT (Endodontist is preferable)
Health Tips
avoid chewing on that side

Dear patient, The root canals seem to be cleaned well. but the filling is not great. But if cleaned well, this still may be acceptable. Are you in any sort of pain/discomfort because of the treatment? If yes, you need to get it re-filled by a specialist (Endodontist)
Next Steps
If in pain, consult a good root canal specialist (Endodontist)
Health Tips
If you stay in/around Nagpur, come visit Crowns & Roots for treatment from a specialist.

Hey! How old is this Root canal treatment? If it’s recent then the infection under the root might subside in about a few months. The x Ray is suggestive that although all three root canals are filled, the filling does not occupy the canal as a snug fit.. therefore there maybe a chance of a future infection.
Next Steps
If u have pain then either the root canal treatment must be repeated OR extraction of tooth can be done

No this rct is not done nicely as the tooth is having periapical infection plus the obturation is not done properly as a result there is a chance of having infection again

The cavity filling is lost. So might have been reinfected. It’s a wisdom tooth and doesn’t impact much on chewing function. Best solution is to get it removed as there is infection at the root tip.
Next Steps
Get it removed by a specialist.
Health Tips
Make sure you get yourself checked by a dentist atleast once a year. Please improve your oral hygiene practices to prevent cavities.
