hello,
you need to visit a dentist and get it checked. get an x-ray done. there might be infection to the root of the tooth. you need to get it treated. then get a crown placed over it.

Hi,The pain is because of deep cavity in tooth which may require root canal but which tooth has to be verified with x ray.Meanwhile take painkillers to reduce pain.

Hi, such pain indicates that nerve(Pulp) is affected. Please visit a dentist. If tooth is still in restorable condition, Root canal can be done otherwise extraction.
