hello,
you can do warm salt water rinses as a home remedy, but this will give you only temporary relief from pain. you need to visit a dentist and get it checked. get an x-ray done. if there is infection to the root of the tooth, you need to get it treated.

First the dentist would check up the size shape consistency of swelling then do an X-ray of the region if necessary take an opg then make a diagnosis of your case then will tell you the treatment to. Be followed please consult your dentist don't neglect yourself
