Psychiatry medications are not simple to take a pill for anxiety once in a while without prescription of doctor.
The mechanism of each drug is so different ... several things have to be considered before starting
Depending upon patient symtoms, severity, duration, side effects profile, previous medical history, addictions etc...
Again dose adjustments ...increasing or tapering or stoping or adding other ..
To go Doctors are qualified to do this job after years of experience..
In simple it's not simple to start a medication for anxiety over the counter...
Also if underlying depression/ anxiety/ psychiatry condition...only taking anxiolytic won't help in long-term...they can be relapses.

Yes. Etiziolam is non sedative anxiolytics. It helps in anxiety and restlessness.. it can be taken daytime also.. and it may not be as effective as clonazepam..
