Requirement of root canal
Does this tooth requires root canal treatment? I haven't felt any pain in this tooth so far so does that mean that decay has not reached to the nerves yet? What if I get the filling done on this tooth?

The xray provided by you clearly shows the damage to be already touching the deeper areas of tooth...which does require a root canal treatment...filling is not all indicated in your scenario

Hi Mam....    According to that radiographic diagnosis,U need to get Root canal treatment of that involved tooth immediately...it seems that decay  involved your nerves....The condition has gone chronic thats why you didnt feel  any pain in that involved tooth....It Is better to get Root canal treatment of that tooth immediately That is the only permanent solution....No other  simple fillings  will solved that problem permanently...
