Reoccuring back pain, momentary relief after iceing or heating On checking with physiotherapist I was informed that it is a spasm,is there any exercise or permanent cure

Yes !! As ur age is less !! U would have big response to spinal strengthening ex’s !! More than icing , hotpacks !! Spinal ex’s and core strengthening ex’s helps u !!

Hi.. Yes its curable.. its just a spasm.. hot water formantation-apply myolaxin ointment,, Back stretching followed with strengthening exercises.. Drink plenty of water.. water has a major role in spasms.. atleast 4-5lits of water everyday.. Continue physio sessions for atleast one week.. U should be fine..! Thank u
