Most of the Renal stones based on size&location  will b passed out,by taking more water.&also depends on that content of stone, some times will b melted automatocally. But majorly u need to take minimum 4-5 litres of water/day...that too if u take 1 litre in morning itself will act as good Body cleanser for all excretory organs. So,any how u hav already found some reduction in size,u start r continue taking more water.Regarding diet,U try to avoid spicy, oily(mostly putside),junk food&increase the intake of vegetables, salads, green leafy veg, fruits,&reduce salt in diet. But if once stones were found, that indicates the tendency of stone forming in ur body. For that u need to take medication, which will b available in Homeo.
