Stones Problem
My Friend is suffer from stone problem since many years. It is some time reduce but some time not. Recently he is on job training. There he got pain and hospitalized. When he ultrasound then the report is as follows: "Both, renal shadows and urinary bladder region are pertially obscured by bowel gas and faecal material. Faint 16x6 mm size radio-opacity seen in right hemi-pelvis? right lower ureteric stone ? fecal material. Bilateral psoas shadows appear normal." What is the means of this and what should we do for his problem. Please provide us solution. We will heartily thankful.

Hi Ultrasound is not a very good test for diagnosing or rulling out calculi. Your friend will need a CT scan of the Kidneys and bladder. Only depending on the findings, a plan can be formulated.
