Take the supplements under the guidance of a professional. Once your levels reaches normal or near normal you can discontinue after discussion but at the same time you need to take care and incorporate foods rich in these vitamins in your diet so that deficiencies do not occur again.

I advise you to only take vitamins under the guidance of a healthcare professional. Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D3 are essential nutrients, and their supplementation can be beneficial for correcting deficiencies. However, once your vitamin levels have improved to a healthy range, it's generally not necessary to continue taking high doses of these vitamins unless advised by your doctor. Taking excessive amounts of vitamins for an extended period can lead to potential side effects. Focus on a well-balanced diet with foods rich in these vitamins to maintain adequate levels naturally. Regular check-ups and consulting a Dietitian are crucial for monitoring your nutrient status.

Hi Vit B12 & D3 are both micro nutrients.  Which are if at low levels can create nutritional deficiencies l. They can be treated by supplements. Vit B12 is responsible for the development of brain & nerve cells. Vit D is responsible for calcium absorption in the body. Once they have reached the required targets, then they could be maintained by Dietary & lifestyle changes. Once you've reached the required amounts needed by the body, its advised to stop consuming otherwise they might prove toxic. For more details contact directly. Thanks
