Vitamin D deficiency is due to lack of exposure to sunlight and due to bad lufestyle. You neef to modify your lifestyle and diet pattern.

Refer physician & take Vit D supplements again till the levels are optimised. For Uric Acid also take medication as per the advice of doctor. Other changes include- take good water intake, citrus fruits & do exercise for some time.
