The best way to manage PCOS involves a combination of lifestyle changes like diet and exercise, and medical treatments as recommended by a healthcare provider. A focus on a low-glycemic diet with whole foods, regular physical activity (including strength training), weight management, and stress reduction can significantly improve symptoms. Medical treatments like hormonal birth control or other medications can also help regulate menstrual cycles and other symptoms.  For thyroid continue medication If you are above 35 visit or consult with me for fertility treatment let's fast track your treatment as whatever time is left is very precious .

PCOD is a wrong terminology it is just a syndrome that requires Lifestyle modification and maintenance of BMI in the healthy range Deranged thyroid levels are easily corrected with medication Hence these two are not the reason for your inability to conceive At age 37 you need an important test called antral follicular volume to find out how your ovaries are functioning A tubal patency test to see if  your tubes are open or not Semen analysis of the husband based on these investigations we can move ahead
