Suffering from PCOD n trying to conceive
Hi, I am trying to conceive since last 3 months. I am suffering from PCOD as well as FSH is not balanced. This month doctor gave me siphene and metformin. I ovulated on 13th day with 19mm egg size and et was 6mm . Doctor suggested for arginine granules samples thrice a day for 3 days after ovulation to increase et size. My LMP was 18 july 1 day has passed and I didn't get periods. I tested in mid night result was negative. Kindly suggest

The only treatment of pcod is to exercise n maintain a healthy bmi Wait till 25 August as a delay of upto 7 days is considered normal
