PCOD/ PCOS related issues
My lover is tensed and worried as she has been suffering from PCOD/ PCOS related problems. She has following symptoms e.g. Hair fall, time gap in period, facial hair,  small wart appear in face.She is so stressed and in depression.Is PCOD/ PCOS leads to infertility issues in future? Is exercise and diet can be beneficial in this regard? If yes please give us some suggestions. Thank you in advance

Yes ultrasound is suggestive of pcod The only treatment of this is to exercise n maintain a healthy bmi Meet a dietician fr a diet chart If the patient is obese it may lead to delay in periods N then conception may require treatment
