Problem with pcos is the faulty ovulation (egg is not released). You can consult your gynaecologist for ovulation scan. Since you are having regular periods you may be having normal ovulatory menstrual cycles. But if you had been trying to conceive for more than six months and still not able to, I would suggest you to take help from an infertility specialist for evaluating the cause and appropriate treatment. Treatment options may range from metformin and ovulation inducing drugs to laparoscopic ovarian drilling.
