Hope you are monitoring your thyroid levels regularly . If the TSH Levels increase that can cause weight gain As far as the diet is concerned eating less is not the solution for weight loss Infact it has an opposite effect of making you lose more muscle than fat which in turn drops your metabolism ( calorie burning capacity) causing weight Gain .also chevk if you are exercising & what type of exercise you are doing

Hi The limitation of calories is important for weight loss but you should not limit the calories at the cost of nutrition. You need to take a low calorie high protein and balanced diet for weight loss. If you wanna consult with me you can opt for a personal chat option or call me or WhatsApp me at the number mentioned on my Practo profile. For a while you can follow following weight loss tips which may help you to some extent but for proper result you need to follow a personalized plan. 1) Drink Good amount of water. As drinking less water can lead to water retention which is one of the reason of weight gain. 2) Include fiber in your diet. For that you can eat lots of fruits and vegetables. 3) Do minimum 40 minute activity daily. As after 30 minutes our body enter fat burning zone. 4) Eat small & frequent meals. 5) You can include Green tea post lunch and post dinner. 6) Mind the portion size of whatever u eat,Don't overeat.
