As your resting pulse is normal ,it seems that anxiety is the cause of tachycardia. Do meditation and yoga deep breathing exercises,if not received then consult a psychiatrist

Cardiomyopathy develops due to multiple factors. Only a slightly fast heart rate is unlikely to cause it. Get Haemoglobin,  thyroid function tests,  ECG done. Share results online,  then I can help you.

Hi Depending on your lifestyle, if you are anxious or having panic attacks, this could be a reason for increased heart rate. Also the method, time and place of checking pulse makes a difference. Visit a nearby doctor to get yourself checked properly and they can guide you further if any help is required.

Hello, a persistently fast pulse is called tachycardia. By itself, it usually does not directly cause cardiomyopathy, but if the high rate is continuous and sustained over a long period, it can sometimes put strain on the heart. Common reasons for a fast pulse include anxiety, thyroid problems, anemia, dehydration, or lifestyle factors. It would be advisable to get basic tests done like ECG, thyroid function, hemoglobin, etc. and consult to find the cause. With proper treatment, the heart usually remains healthy.

Your heart rate of 100 to 110 beats per minute is slightly above the normal resting range of 60 to 100 bpm and falls under the category of tachycardia. This may have several causes, including fever, dehydration, anxiety, hyperthyroidism, anemia, cardiac arrhythmias (such as atrial fibrillation or atrial flutter), or other systemic conditions. It is important to assess any accompanying symptoms such as chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, or palpitations. Please consult with me for a detailed clinical evaluation and to guide appropriate investigations and treatment based on your specific situation

Next Steps
Stress management, drink plenty of water, fibre rich food, yoga and meditation

Maybe the person’s baseline heart rate is always high as in the case of an athlete or persons living in high altitude so it may not result in significant cardiomyopathy
