Your symptoms of pulsing legs and neck pain is most likely to be due to sitting at computer or using mobile for long period. Anxiety and stress is another cause. Venous insufficiency can give pulsating legs. You need to do healty changes in lifestyle. 1. Maintain healthy weight. Avoid fast food. Include plenty of fruits and vegetables in diet. 2. Light to moderate exercise like walking for 30 minutes, Yoga exercises. 3. Avoid standing for long time 4. Wear compression socks 5. Drink more waters 6. Practice Relaxation and meditation

The pulsating symptoms is due to the severe strenuous work or standing regularly for longer duration and neck pain might be due to your over usage of mobile get it checked for cervical spondylitis

The symptom u r describing as pulsing can be fasciculation i.e, muscle twitches. In the background of neck pain it is very significant. Needs further enquiry to rule out causes of neck pain such as cervical spondylosis.

It can be due to dehydration due to rise in temperature, nothing serious in this. You can take plenty of fluids. Add coconut water in your routine.
