Regarding my weigt loss
Before one month i was 58kg.. i want to loose some weight so somehow i found one diet plan im which i have to start taking more meals form moring and afternoon and i havr to skip or take light meal in night.. and i do walk for one hour.. now iam 53kg..so is it coz of diet plan or iam having any other issue in my body.. i have thayrod also my last tsh 1 5 month before wal 2.63.
