Thanks for sharing your concerns. Since you’ve had a C-section and history of PCOD, along with current complaints of constant leg and ankle pain, tiredness, dullness of skin, and ongoing breastfeeding— we need to evaluate your nutrition and hormonal status carefully. Your Vitamin B12 (177) and Vitamin D (16.32) levels are quite low, which can explain fatigue, body pains, and skin changes.
Next Steps
These deficiencies are very common in young mothers and are completely correctable with the right treatment plan. With proper supplementation, diet guidance, and a stepwise plan for safe weaning, you will start feeling energetic again and also notice improvement in skin health.
Health Tips
I’d strongly recommend a personalized consultation so we can plan your supplements, diet, and recovery properly. With timely care, you’ll feel much better in a few weeks.

Hello, Your symptoms — constant leg and ankle pain, fatigue, dull skin — along with low Vitamin B12 (177) and Vitamin D (16.32) strongly indicate vitamin deficiencies as the primary cause. These are common postpartum, especially during breastfeeding, and can cause tiredness, bone/muscle pain, and skin changes. Correcting these deficiencies with proper supplementation and diet usually brings significant improvement. I recommend connecting with me on Practo for an accurate prescription and dosage plan tailored to you.
