Regarding my diet
I wanted to ask what can I eat for lunch instead of heavy meal like roti and dal chawal. I have a desk job and I feel very heavy after eating it. I also feel nausea during having this type of lunch and not able to eat properly. What can be other alternatives for lunch, a bit lighter meal. Can I have fruits only for lunch ?

Buttermilk and fruit chaat 3. Khichdi with curd 4. Porridge 5. Coffee and 1 toast Enjoy this menu... Its Better than regular meal. 😋

Hi, Yes, definitely you can have fruits and look for those fruits with high water content.  You can also have salads, soups, sprouts etc. It doesn't matter whether you are eating rice/roti, what matters is the quantity you are consuming,  selection of food and how it is prepared.
Next Steps
For further information,  book an appointment with the Practo or call me directly.

Before suggesting anything need to know What you are taking in your breakfast And how much Because that also matters  maybe you are having  heavy breakfast that's why not feeling hungry So, by changing your eating patterns we can improve things. But fruits , salad, butter milk and fruits juice you can take.
