I wanted to ask what can I eat for lunch instead of heavy meal like roti and dal chawal. I have a desk job and I feel very heavy after eating it. I also feel nausea during having this type of lunch and not able to eat properly.
What can be other alternatives for lunch, a bit lighter meal. Can I have fruits only for lunch ?

you can have small bowl of daliya with salad, either oats, any sweet or salty porridge, jeera chhach, lassi, fruit salad, salad only, poha, upma or even idli/dosa
