Regarding lunch diet
Hi, I am 23 yrs 5'6 inch 62 kg weight. Currently working in a IT company. My question is "will it be fine if i eat 6 bananas and one glass milk as a lunch daily", monday to friday. As i have good breakfast and dinner which includes vegetables, rice, roti etc. But having healthy lunch at office is slightly difficult for me as there are no option. What could be the possible pros and cons for this diet that i am thinking.

Hi.... Consider dietary changes. Low-fat, high-carbohydrate diets may increase insulin levels, so you may want to consider a low-carbohydrate diet .. Don't severely restrict carbohydrates; instead, choose complex carbohydrates, which are high in fiber. The more fiber in a food, the more slowly it's digested and the more slowly your blood sugar levels rise. High-fiber carbohydrates include whole-grain breads and cereals, whole-wheat pasta, bulgur wheat, barley, brown rice, and beans...... Limit less healthy, simple carbohydrates such as soda, excess fruit juice, cake, candy, ice cream, pies, cookies and doughnuts....
