Regarding exercise after c section
Can we start zumba n dance classes for weight loss after 5 months of c section. I had endometriosis issue which is now under control though medicine is still continuing for safer side. I had started off with mild walk n yoga but now can we do proper exercise and dance classes? Also tell What all to be careful about stitches area during the classes

Absolutely After 45 days the stitches hv healed perfectly well U don't need to be careful about anything Just exercise
