Pranayam and exercise after c section
It's been 6 months for my c section. Can I start with kapalbhati and other workouts now still I am not menstuating.

Yes u can start. Menses are delayed when you are exclusively breastfeeding the baby. Dont worry

Yes you can start pranayama &other exercises ,& also kegel's exercises which will help in tightening abdominal & perineal muscles.                                                                    Usually in the post operative period only you will be taught deep breathing exercises . .
Next Steps
if you are exclusively breast feeding you will get periods later .
Health Tips
use any method of contraception . it's better to give a gap of atleast 2years for next pregnancy .
