Hi, First I would suggest you to diagnose why bilirubin is high? Bilirubin is a substance which is present in bile juice. There are various factors which elevate bilirubin. You need to find out the root cause and get  treatment. Single food is not going to solve this issue. Pls meet the physician and  based on the diagnosis and treatment , dietary intervention to be done.

Beetroot-carrot juice with mint and lemon is beneficial in winters if consumed at room temperature or slightly warm. Beetroot and carrots provide antioxidants and warmth to support liver detoxification during the cold season. Add mint in small quantities to avoid excessive cooling and include lemon for its immunity-boosting vitamin C. Coconut water can be consumed in winters at room temperature to maintain hydration and support kidney function. Avoid refrigerated coconut water; fresh and natural is best for maintaining body warmth. Drink the juice mid-morning to align with optimal digestion and follow it with warm, nourishing meals for balance. Include seasonal vegetables and fruits like spinach, radish, and oranges to further support liver and kidney health.
