Can i have beetroot and carrots
I'm going to have rai on 23 jan for my papillary carcinoma of thyroid, 23 dec i had thyroidectomy done, so they told me to take high calcium diet, but rai treatment doctor told not to eat cheese and butter, what should I eat to have low iodine diet and what should I eat from morning to night

Unsalted peanut butter Dinner- 1 baked potato ( no skin) 1 cup green beans or other non- starchy veg 1 orange Evening snack: 1 small pear 1 cup tea made from fresh tea leaves ( lemongrass tea)
