Regarding bilburin level 2.1
Hlo sir or mam plz guide me I have done my gamca test Everything I passed but only I have raised bilburin level 2.1 total And in a 1 weak again, I have to go for mine Bilburin test Plz tell me some juice and fruit vegetables to lower bilirubin levels Can I have dab pani every day in my diet for 7 days dab pani in the morning after breakfast And can I have sugarcane juice  in afteenoon along with Dab pani, every day in my diet And hot water lemon in an empty stomach And can I have papaya leaf with adding honey juice in my diet...for 3 days and only eating. Raw tomatoes and carrot beetroot...and breakfast taking oats and lunch too oats with toned milk

Ur not taking proper diet .Raw vegetables,milk ,lemon water in empty stomach do not reduce ur bilirubin ,instead it irritates ur gut ,and causes pain . Uneed a different combination of diet which is efficacious and suits ur constitution .So please consult online through practo

Healthy morning, Bilirubin is a yellow pigment released during breakdown of red blood cells. Too much of this pigment cause the skin to, eyes and gum to turn yellow. 1. Water: staying hydrated 2. Fresh fruits and vegetables Like whole cranberry, blueberries and grapes, papaya , melons, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, carrots, beet, turnips, cruciferous like cauliflower and Brussels, ginger , garlic, spinach and collard greens. 3. Coffee and herbal teas 4.whole grains Nuts and legumes 5. Lean protein Avoid: alcohol, packaged food, smoked foods, refined carbs, saturated and trans fat.
