I have done my gamca medical test
ALHAMDULLILAH.. everything is fine
But only I have raised bilburin level
2.1 total
And all are normal Alham dullilah
So in 10 days I have to go again for mine test
Only they will take my bilburin test
So kindly guide me
Every day in the morning , im taking hot water with lemon in an empty stomach in breakfast and lunch . I take oats with toned milk with
Honey and half little plate fruits. Apple.grapes .carrot. beetroot. Oranges 🍊 and tomatoes.
Then take green tea morning and evening, then after breakfast, 30 min gap I take
Big dab coconut water and after dab pani I take 1 hours gap take home made beetroot.carrot mix juice
Than in dinner I take brownrice with spinach. Brocolli all boil vegetables and multigrain atta roti 5 pic
With tomatoes salad only .
Is everything diet ok ..now

Ur diet is not ok .
U take only cooked light food .
U drink sugarcane juice 200 ml/ day.
Eat all vegetables cooked.
Eat fruits any type.
Drink barley cooked with little sugar .200 ml / day.
Honey not useful .
Take plain wheatroti ,prepared without oil ,soft ones .
Drink buttermilk 500ml/ day fatfree.
