Doing floss and brushing Is a good habit. Reason for bad breath (1) solid deposit surrounding your tooth which sometimes are not accessible by brush makes your gum swell and causes bad breath (2) even if your bad breath doest resolve after a tooth cleaning after few weeks , visit a nephrologist(kidney disease specialist)./// Visit a dental clinic and ask for an oral diagnostician and a periodontist (gum specialist)

There could be deposits on your teeth. Only a dentist will be able to remove them. Get a cleaning or scaling done. If no deposits are there then some medical issue could be the cause. Things will be clear by visiting a dentist.

Reason for bad breath can be teeth deposits which have hardened (called as calculus or tartar).. They can only be removed by professional cleaning termed as scaling.. After that you can maintain it by flossing and mouthwash.. Other significant reasons are problems like sinusitis, frequent cold and cough.. Dryness of mouth.. For these reasons the underlying causes have to be addressed. I suggest you get cleaning done if not done in last 6 months to 1 year.

Hi Just flossing and brushing is not sufficient in some cases. You should get professional cleaning done every 6-8 months to avoid such instances.

Hello, Very good morning. Well their are multiple reasons for bad breath. Primary cause would be the formation of tarter a hard deposits on the tooth near the junction between tooth and gums as well it would have formed below the gums too. If you had not got cleaning done get it it checked and get scaling done. If it is more any gum problem get it checked with gums specialist. These deposits will not go with routing cleaning in home.  First visit to near by dentist for better diagnosis Good luck
