Hi  If u could attach photographs by placing ur 3 finger  vertically in mouth ,if possible to see the mouth opening,n pics of oral cavity. Detail history will be helpful in appropriate suggestion. If it is oral sub mucous fibrosis. Please go for Intra lesional  injections. U could also try OSMF mouth opening kits which include pops,gel, tablet, and mouth opening device.
