1. If get a mouth opening of 35 mm is it good to carry all dental procedures in future
2. Will this opening reduce in future even if all habits are stopped

if you stop all the habits.and your mouth opening is normal u can carry all dental procedures.and chances of oral cancer is based on your current situation
if osmf is completely resolve .and now u dont have any sign and symptoms of further developing something.then very less chance to develop Cancer.
not all osmf convert to Cancer.

Hello
As you already know OSMF is a pre cancerous problem. A stage just before the cancer starts.
35 mm of mouth opening is ok enough to perform the dental procedures. In gurugram i have treated (root canal treatment ) various cases with 20mm of mouth opening that too the last too has to undergo the treatment.
Opening may reduce in future as the bands which develop during osmf may gets dense and hardened.
Its good if you have stopped all the habits but still you should be in touch with the expert every 3 months.
