according to your height as mentioned you are under weight please follow a healthy diet to improve your weight. sugar and sugar products will never going to help in weight loss its a myth.

Any type of sugar except artificial sweeteners,  have more or less same amount kf calories. So you will anyhow to have to limit your sugar intake to 1-2 tsp if u wish to lose weight And brown sugar you can take in place of white sugar as brown sugar is comparatively natural
