Hi, thank you for your enquiry. Fat loss is a gradual process. There is no quick fix approach . Following a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of  first class proteins, reduced carbohydrates  & healthy fats along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help. You cannot target specific areas, fat is lost uniformly, but it may appear to go faster from the areas where you store less than the problem areas. Be consistent and patient. Hello I must say you are on right track already. You must have seen some change in your body since you have changed your lifestyle completely from the last 1.5 months. There is no need to take 7-8 eggs daily . Infect balanced and healthy diet plan will do the trick .Moreover you need to increase your daily workout to 1 hour. Since it is lockdown time you can add 1/2 an hour in the evening but remember both the workout should be different from each other . One more tip is ,to do more back exercises to make it strong and get the desired results. By the way you can directly contact me and discuss . I hope my answer will be helpful to you . Thanks .

Hi, we need to know your height to tell you your ideal weight. Here are a few tips that will help you:- Exercise 40-45 minutes 4-5 times a week. Eat small frequent meals every 2 -3 hours Eat protein rich diet (especially post workout, it will help in building muscle) and improve metabolism. Eat proper breakfast, as 40% of day’s energy comes from breakfast. Include healthy fat in your diet like nuts - almonds and walnuts, seeds like pumpkin, watermelon, sunflower seeds, etc. Eat fiber rich diet, it will help to gain early satiety and help you feel full - include fruits and vegetables in your diet avoid junk food, oily food, processed or canned foods. Drink a glass of water every hour daily to optimally hydrate the body. Note: the given prescription can change according to different conditions.
