I want to loose my body fat
I'm a 20-year-old student, 5 feet 4 inches tall, and weighing around 90 kilograms. I've gained body fat, particularly around my stomach, chest, shoulders, and hands, which is causing breathing difficulties that others have pointed out to me. I'm looking to lose weight and reduce my body fat.

Start your day with a warm glass of water with lemon or jeera (cumin) to boost metabolism. Include seasonal winter vegetables like spinach, fenugreek (methi), carrots, beetroots, and radishes in your meals. Have soups made from lentils, vegetables, or chicken as a light and nutritious dinner or snack. Enjoy fruits like oranges, guavas, and pomegranates for natural sweetness and vitamin C. Use warming spices like ginger, cinnamon, turmeric, and black pepper in your food to improve digestion and immunity. Snack on roasted chana, fox nuts (makhana), or dry fruits like almonds and walnuts for energy and warmth. Add whole grains like bajra, makki, or jowar roti to your diet; they are filling and provide long-lasting energy. Include ghee in moderation, especially with dals or rotis, for better digestion and joint health. Drink herbal teas like ginger, tulsi, or green tea to stay warm and hydrated. Avoid heavy or greasy winter treats like fried snacks and sweets. Instead, opt for jaggery-based desserts in small portions. Stay active indoors if it’s too cold outside, with yoga, home workouts, or light stretching. Use warm soups or stews as pre-dinner meals to prevent overeating at night. Dress warmly and stay active to avoid feeling lethargic, which can slow your metabolism. Stay consistent with your diet and activity levels, even during holidays or celebrations.
