Reduce body fat and weight
Before lockdown my bmi is 22 now it is 25.4 it means overweight. Probably because of my food habits and stress and anxiety issues. How can I reduce now because it is never too late.

Hi, Yes you can reduce your weight, if you follow balanced diet and exercise. Include more vegetables, fruits in your diet. Do exercise regularly, which will help you to reduce weight and also reduce stress level. Avoid fast food. Overall if you follow a healthy lifestyle, surely it will help you to maintain proper body weight.
