Red tiny dots on skin
Today, I noticed these tiny red spots on my hand. I had full body blood checkup, Basophils are absent. Lymphocytes are 46. Please tell what this is

Check platelet count . If that’s normal then just watch out if the rash disappears or stays there . If the rash is persistent after few weeks or it appears on any other part of the body, then we can further work up. For the time being nothing to do, but observe

This is pattern of maculopapular rash, commonly due to fever/ allergic/ dengue.  It is so severe sometimes if untreated lead to a unexpected results.  I need more details to make u safe.  Connect or text me will help you out.  Dnt delay the treatment that's it.
