Red sores in mouth
I get some red sores/ spots
in cheeks, which doesn't pain but gives me an irritation! I can't stop touching them with tongue or squinching in my cheeks just to relieve the discomfort caused ! Some days are ok, somedays i feel this irritation.
Got myself examined, opg done!
Apart from impacted mesic angular third molar there is no other issue! Can impacted molar act this weird ?
Iam not able to find the source of my irritation!
No sharp edges/ no bite problem/ nothing

Hi, are those red spots/ sores look like a blood clot? If it looks like that or red that might be due to constant injury to your cheeks because of irregularly / partially erupted wisdom tooth (third molar). If you notice those spots on cheek adjacent to problematic tooth, then it might be the reason for those spots. If possible share a picture for a better diagnosis.

Yes impacted third molar may cause this problem in some cases, because of improper occlusion and arrangement. Do check with your dentist and get it removed.

As there is mesioangular impaction you might have other problems like food lodgement -> damage to the adjacent tooth...So take a call not only for red spots, to prevent other problems too.

Hii do check and get it trimmed if you have sharp tooth coz of sharp tooth it creats injury or check bite
