Diet: Eat a high-fiber diet to relieve constipation, which can worsen hemorrhoids and anal fissures. You can also try taking fiber supplements. Hydration: Drink at least 8 cups of water per day to avoid dehydration. Sitz bath: Sit in warm water to relieve fissures and hemorrhoids. Ice pack: Apply ice wrapped in a cloth to relieve inflammation and pain. However, don't use it for longer than 15 to 20 minutes, as it can cause frostbite.

Based on your symptoms, rectal bleeding can be caused by various conditions such as hemorrhoids, anal fissures, or more serious issues like inflammatory bowel disease or even gastrointestinal bleeding. Bad breath could be linked to digestive issues or other underlying conditions that may need further investigation. Since the bleeding has worsened, it's important to get a thorough examination by a healthcare professional. This will allow for proper diagnosis and treatment based on your detailed medical history and physical examination. For a more accurate evaluation and the best possible treatment, I would strongly recommend scheduling an in-person consultation. You can reach me for further advice on WhatsApp at eight double-zero nine eight two one double-three two.
