Please name a medicine (after consulting Mr Google) which doesn't have any side effects. For further details regarding the safety of this medicine please consult the Doctor who prescribed this medicine, even though I am sure that he too must be knowing about the side effects of this medicine but he considered it safe for your mother.

Rheumatologists are qualified medical professionals with a lot of experience and expertise. In my opinion kindly continue the medicine because the benefits outweigh any risks associated with the medication.
Next Steps
if you face any issues with the medicine, you should contact your rheumatologist for further guidance. Keep your appointments with the Doctor regularly and follow advice well.
Health Tips
rheumatoid Arthritis is a chronic disease with a lot of complications that can occur without treatment. kindly do not stop medication, continue medication and follow up with the rheumatologist to prevent future complications which may be severe.
