RA + 1:80 titre ASO anti CCP crp -
My friend son 13 years has ESR 10, RA positive and ANA positive with titre 1:80, anti CCP, crp, aso, anca tests everything negative, normal smear study. No other inflammation in any of the blood tests like liver function, kidney function, echo, ECG, scan all normal.mri ct scan normal study. NCS normal study.
He had pain, burning sensation in thumb finger, second and third toe in feet. After diet and vitamin injections he is better now.
Kindly advise anything to worry about since ANA and RA alone positive. Will it be false positive?
