High RA factor and Low Vitamin D
I recently did a full body comprehensive checkup and the results show high RA factor (Rheumatoid Arthritis factor >40 IU/ml). In addition my 25-hydroxy Vitamin D are also very low (5.23 ng/mL). Is there any diet regime that I should follow? I have no joint or bone pains but feel slight body pain.
