No. U should take whole fruits instead. As juice is devoid of vitamins, minerals n most importantly roughage/fibre. Also don’t take fruits post dinner. The best time is to take any seasonal fruit/ banana within 10 mins of waking up. Then have ur usual bfast in an hour. Or take fruit after physical exertion. That’s the best time.
