Amla.and aloevera juice
Can I consume amla and aloevera juice as health supplement. Is it safe to consume without damaging digestion, kidney or Liver if consumed for long? I am on Thyronorm 50 and mild Fatty infiltration in liver showed in Ultrasound and was advised to exercise and eat healthy diet only.
