Not to worry.
Make sure the next time you pierce the ears the instruments/gun used is sterile and the ear is also disinfected.
Apply T- Bact ointment 2-3 times a day
Avoid water coming in contact with that area
It will heal with 2-3 days
You can apply betadine or t bact ointment . But one month is long time. Ideally you can get pus culture and drug sensitivity done so that precise antibiotic can be used, which will ensure complete healing.
Was it done by a qualified doctor or by some road side tatoo artist. ? I think full aseptic procedure was not followed. Take antibiotics accordingly for local application.
Kindly consult an ENT surgeon. Requires physical examination. And might require oral antibiotic depending on the severity of infection.
For time being, yes you can use T-bact after cleaning that area with warm saline water.
Hi,
That's bad. Kindly visit a physician in person and not take this lightly.
Your daughter needs a direct examination of the ear. Would probably require oral antibiotics too
Take care

Hi,
I understand your concern. If pus is still coming after a month, it could be a mild infection. You can clean the area with saline or diluted Betadine (for 2-3 days only) and apply T-Bact ointment twice daily. Make sure the earring is gold or surgical steel.
If swelling, redness, or pain worsens, it's best to get it checked.
Take care!
Yes, you can use t bact ointment
It will require oral antibiotics if not controlled . Then consult for antibiotics
Also take tetanus injection if not taken yet
