Hello,
Severe pain on one side of the head with ear and neck involvement could be due to migraine, nerve-related pain, or an ear/neck issue. Since the pain is fast, intense, and uncontrollable, you should not self-medicate without evaluation. A physical examination and, if needed, ENT or neurological assessment are important.
Please connect with me on Practo for proper diagnosis and safe prescription.
