Hello, Severe pain on one side of the head with ear and neck involvement could be due to migraine, nerve-related pain, or an ear/neck issue. Since the pain is fast, intense, and uncontrollable, you should not self-medicate without evaluation. A physical examination and, if needed, ENT or neurological assessment are important. Please connect with me on Practo for proper diagnosis and safe prescription.

Hello! I understand you're going through sharp and sudden pain on the left side of your head, ear, and neck — that can be quite distressing. While basic relief like paracetamol or rest may help temporarily, this kind of pain needs a proper clinical assessment to ensure nothing serious is missed and you get the right treatment from the start.
Next Steps
Connect with me directly through the Practo app for a video consultation. Once connected, I will: 1. Assess your condition step-by-step. 2. Prescribe the most appropriate medication if needed. 3. Guide you on whether any further tests (like an ENT check or neck scan) are necessary. 4. Share posture and pain-relief tips tailored to your study/work habits.
Health Tips
Until Then 1. Avoid using phones/screens for long. 2. Use a thin pillow and rest your neck. 3. Apply a cold or warm compress (whichever feels better) on the painful side. 4. Avoid self-medicating other than paracetamol unless advised.

Please share detailed history. For pain you can take tab voveran 50mg one every 8hours for  3 to 4 days after meals. For neck pain, remove a high pillow, avoid neck bending and turning sidewards. For ear pain, consult ENT specialist physically.
