Are protein supplements such as whey protein or BCAA harmful??? What would happen if I stop taking them after some time?

Hello, Taking any kind of supplement/ pills/ medication is not advised. If you take for a certain while, the body will get used to it and if you stop taking suddenly there may be sudden weight loss seen. Also long term using is harmful for kidneys. Suggestion is to not take supplements. You can add foods that are rich in protein like paneer, sprouts/ pulses, curd/ thick buttermilk, egg whites.

That is not harmfull .. if it is taken safly - before taking any supplements u should consult your dietician and dietician should be qualified There are some guidline for supplements
