Protein supplement for weight loss
I am a vegetarian, mother of a 2 year old. I am on my weight loss journey, doing 30min workout at home, but confused whether to go for whey protein or plant protein supplement. Also please suggest which brand to go with? Thank you in advance.

I  most cases people don't need to take Protein Powder because natural sources are the best and easily available ! Dal, Sprouts,Pulses, Legumes, Tofu,Paneer & if non vegetarian then egg whites, lean chicken and fish are excellent sources. You can eat these foods and it will be taken care of. If you require professional help, feel free to reach out !

Hi First of all I want to mention try to increase your workout time to 40 minutes as you are on weight loss journey, after 40 minutes the body enter the fat burning zone.. so try to do the 40 minutes activity/workout. And for the whey protein you can take whey protein  but I would mention that try to cover your protein requirements by the food itself ...you can surely cover the protein requirement by the food... If you need assistance for same then  connect with me over personal chat option or connect me at the number mentioned on my practo profile. Disclaimer:- Tip may vary if you're suffering from any other medical issue...

Artificial protein intake is not healthy at all if you are trying to reduce weight. Take healthy protein rich diet. If there is a deficiency of protein for few days you can do keto pattern that will help you to reduce as well fulfill your requirement as well
