I'm vegetarian , i did medium activity's or exercise and I think I did not get enough protein from my diet for daily body needs .So can I take protein powder?

Take natural sources rather than any supplement That not safe For vegetarian also have many sources of protein like paneer, moong daal, soya chunks, soye paneer chana dal, black chana etc.
