Hi, I'm 32 weeks pregnant can I take 2 different brands of protein powder as my protein consumption is very less. Both being ( D protin and mother's Horlicks)

Hello:), protein is required in pregnancy for healthy development of baby and for mother as well. You can consume mother's horlicks which is easily available in the market. Along with that, include paneer, soya chunks, pulses in your diet. You can also make your atta protein rich by adding kalachana atta or besan into your normal wheat atta
