Problem of muscles in my chest
When I do exercise left chest muscle start tingling and it's feel like something moving in my chest and beats like heartbeat after few hours it get vanished,my chest also get tighten...I checked my heart every report was normal(ecg,echo,holter,tmt)...what is problem???

Problem may be axillary nerve . So visit physiotherapy centre for proper diagnosis and treatment avoid exercise

It can be tight pectoral muscles. Try doing pectoral stretch( wall stretch) U ll feel better
