Problem in one side inside mouth chewing
Problem in one side inside mouth while chewing. Evertime I chew one side of teeth got imbalanced n left scar inside mouth which I enclosed pics. No pain in teeth. I don't know whether it is from half broken wisdom tooth or other problems. Plz advise whether this requires simply trimming of tooth or tooth extraction

If ulceration reappears, may n ed to go for extraction. Clinical examination mandatory to identify the problem. Dologel CT application for the ulceration.
